Warranty
Every Olivier Meylan timepiece is crafted with quality materials and components to offer precise, reliable performance. We proudly stand behind every watch we sell. Your Olivier Meylan watch is covered by a limited two (2) year warranty from the date of original purchase from an authorised and approved Olivier Meylan stockist. Your Olivier Meylan warranty covers manufacturing defects and is only valid with proof of original purchase or guarantee card. Under the 2 year warranty the only components that are covered are the watch movement, hands and dial. Components that are covered under this repair warranty will be repaired free of charge if the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. If the watch is not repairable a replacement watch will be offered. Water damage, wear and tear or man made damage is not covered under this warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Water Resistance
When choosing a water resistant watch from Olivier Meylan, whether it is for sporting reasons or simply because you love the brand, this part of our guide aims to provide you with an understanding of water resistance measurements before you decide to purchase.
Water resistance is the ability of a watch to withstand splashes of water. Water resistance ratings are listed in depths or pressure, usually metres which appear on the watch dial such as 3ATM or 5ATM. This depth rating actually signifies the results of a static pressure test, undertaken in a laboratory environment. The number of metres shown is not to be confused with how deep underwater a watch can go. Unless a watch is built specifically for deep sea diving then water resistance feature means that the watch is not designed for prolonged use under water.

Only our 10ATM watches are classed as " water proof " and as a reminder, water damage is not covered by our 2 year warranty for watches under 10ATM.
* Although your watch is water-resistant, we would recommend removing it before a hot shower or entering a sauna. This is because extreme heat can cause watch seals to expand and create openings, allowing water droplets to get inside and cause condensation.
